ONTARIO HOME BUILDERS’ ASSOCIATION ANNOUNCES 2019 AWARDS WINNERS

Since 1991, Ontario Home Builders’ Association (OHBA) Awards of Distinction (AoD) has honoured the best in new home development from across the province. This past Tuesday, September 24th, this year’s award winners were announced at a gala reception held during the 2019 OHBA Conference, hosted in Collingwood. Categories honoured at this year’s OHBA AoD include everything from advertising to architectural design, as well as the biggest awards of the night, the Prestige Award.

The 2019 Prestige Awards included a pair of “Project of the Year” awards in the “Low-Rise” and “High or Mid-Rise” categories, Ontario Renovator of the Year, Ontario Builder of the Year, as well as a People’s Choice Award.

Among the biggest awards of the night, Tridel took home the 2019 Ontario Home Builder of the Year award for the fourth consecutive year. Another big winner at the OHBA Awards was Devron, who took home a pair of awards for best Mid-Rise Building (4 – 10 Storeys), and best High or Mid-Rise Project Logo Branding (4+ Storeys) for their new project The Winslow.
